Once your order has been made, you will receive a confirmation email, once the order is shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number.

ORDERS WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

• Delivery is 100 ZAR Nationwide, and free of charge for all orders over 600 ZAR
  - Please use the tracking number provided to trace your parcel online.
  - Our couriers; Aramex and The Courier Guy, deliver all orders within 3 - 5 working days once you’ve received your confirmation email, depending on your location.
  ** PLEASE NOTE ** Couriers may be delayed by holidays.
  - Please get in touch with us if you haven't received your order within that time.
  - If you have any queries please send us an email:  orders@healthway.co.zaPLEASE NOTE: Should you be at a address for a limited period of time you  need to communicate the urgency of the parcel ahead of time.  As all order take from 2 to 4 working days to be completed and this doesn't include the fact that occasionally the courier companies have delays

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You can email us directly at orders@healthway.co.za with your order request and location. We will then generate a quote from our courier and make an allowance for you to place the order online.

Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
